But then came practical advice on changing these thought patterns through reframing techniques, affirmations, visualization practices...you name it. Each technique is explained clearly with step-by-step instructions making them easy to follow even for a beginner like me. Plus points for including prompt exercises that forced me out of my comfort zone but in a good way.
